In order for us to process the letter of invitation for your application for a Visa we will need the information listed below

1.    Your name and title
2.    Title of your presentation at the congress
3.    Your mailing address
4.    You affiliate institution/organization
5.    Dates for your visit
6.    Address in Marseille (if known)
7.    Photocopy of the photograph page of your passport
